主讲人介绍：

肖泽忠，博士，澳门大学会计学教授和会计及资讯管理系主任，中国会计学会会刊China Journal of Accounting Studies（《中国会计研究》）的创刊联席主编，同时担任British Accounting Review、Journal of Applied Accounting Research、International Journal of Digital Accounting Research、China Journal of Accounting Research、 Nankai Business Review International等杂志的编委。研究方向包括会计信息系统、会计和公司治理。在Accounting, Organizations and Society; British Journal of Management; European Journal of Information Systems; Journal of Banking and Finance; Journal of Corporate Finance等诸多国际顶级期刊上发表了学术论文。
